Job Description:Pentair ha recentemente aperto una posizione per la figura di Attrezzista per il nostro team. Questa posizione è aperta nella nostra sede di Capriano del Colle (Brescia).
In questo ruolo, l'attrezzista avrà il compito di supportare il Value Stream Group Leader bilanciando la produttività a breve termine con quella a lungo termine, mantenendo il focus sull'obiettivo di produzione.
Inoltre, dovrà gestire le criticità e le richieste del team in cui verrà inserito. Come membro chiave del team business, l'attrezzista dovrà inoltre fornire supporto all'ottimizzazione della produzione.
L'attrezzista dovrà definire supporto nella definizione delle priorità in modo tale che il flusso di produzione tenga il passo rispetto alla richiesta e per farlo è necessaria una leadership dinamica in grado di influenzare il team non solo per raggiungere le metriche SPQDCC ma anche per andare oltre.
La figura avrà un elevato grado di autonomia per quanto riguarda l'implementazione e la gestione degli ordini di produzione, compresi tutti gli aspetti operativi.
La figura richiede una persona che sia in grado di portare innovazione, che sia in grado di monitorare le prestazioni di gestione quotidiana e che sappia garantire un'efficace analisi delle criticità proponendo contromisure correttive.
In questa posizione sarà anche coordinatore di altre persone in produzione.
I tuoi compiti:Produrrai obiettivi SPQDCC misurabili per le attività di miglioramentoGarantirai che gli ordini di produzione siano prodotti on timeSupporterai il team non solo per il raggiungimento del SPQDCC e delle metriche Hour-by-Hour ma per migliorarleEseguirai e traccerai la performance giornaliera e ti garantirai un'efficace analisi dei problemi con contromisure e azioni correttiveSupporterai il leader del team Value Stream riguardo al personale, alla sua collocazione e miglioramento delle prestazioniEseguirai ulteriori incarichiRequisiti fondamentali:Preferibile provenienza da mondo metalmeccanico ma anche gommaplasticaAttrezzaggio stampi su presse per stampaggio profondo e tranciatura lamiera acciaio (attrezzaggi su torni, frese o altre macchine non sono allineati)Regolazione parametri pressaProduzione all'occorrenza su presse e tranceGestione operatoriControllo qualitàDiversity and Inclusion:With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
