You will have autonomy within the team, taking responsibility for the quality of both your work and that of your team. Your role will involve positively influencing clients and stakeholders through clear, empathetic, and impactful communication.Responsibility:Proactively interpret client needs, identifying the most suitable methodologies and approaches to meet their requirements.Ensure the production of robust solutions for clients, consistently backed by data analysis.Identify potential project issues and promptly communicate them to the team.Coordinate junior team members, providing mentoring and coaching to support their professional growth.Understand the challenges companies face in key areas of Digital Transformation.Collaborate productively within cross-functional and international teams.Requirements:Hold a Master's degree, preferably in Management Engineering or Economics.Have 3 to 5 years of experience in leading consultancy firms, playing primary roles in complex projects for large Italian or international clients.Possess at least a basic knowledge of Salesforce.com modules that manage Sales and Service processes (e.g., Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud, Community).Be capable of supporting management in influencing and guiding clients to define a Digital Transformation strategy aimed at maximizing optimization and innovation opportunities for their business model.Maintain a high professional standard and be able to sustain relationships with client middle management.Strive to become a future leader by taking on defined responsibilities and tasks, while being monitored and evaluatedPreferred qualifications include:At least 2 Consultant certificationsExperience in transformation projects involving the use and introduction of AI, including the definition of related use casesExperience in defining and analyzing KPIs related to transformationExcellent written and spoken English proficiencyFurthermore, having at least one of the following is considered advantageous:Availability for international travelExperience in ChatBots managementKnowledge of CTI management dynamicsCompleting the profile: strong business acumen, excellent analytical and communication skills, precision, organizational autonomy, and a business-oriented and results-driven approachSite: Rome With Remote Working Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
