ID Logistics è un'azienda internazionale operante nel settore della Contract Logistics presente con oltre 400 siti in 18 Paesi, circa 9,0 milioni di metri quadrati coperti per lo stoccaggio e la movimentazione delle merci, in Europa, America, Asia e Africa, e conta circa 38.000 dipendenti.Nel 2023 il Gruppo ID Logistics ha chiuso il bilancio con 2,74 miliardi di euro, vantando un portafoglio clienti bilanciato tra i settori retail (food e no food), e-comm, FMCG, fashion, high-tech, fragrance & cosmetics, caratterizzandosi per offerte ad alto contenuto di innovazione e tecnologico.Il/La candidato/a, rispondendo al Site Manager, avrà un ruolo cruciale nella gestione e ottimizzazione delle operazioni di trasporto.Le sue principali responsabilità includeranno:Gestione del servizio di prenotazione: Coordinare e gestire le prenotazioni dei viaggi da e verso il sito, assicurando che tutti i dettagli siano accuratamente registrati e rispettatiOrganizzazione e controllo delle attività inerenti al cliente: Mantenere un costante contatto con i clienti per garantire che tutte le loro esigenze siano soddisfatte e che eventuali problemi siano risolti prontamenteMonitoraggio dei padroncini e sub-vettori: Supervisione dell'attività dei padroncini e dei sub-vettori a cui sono stati venduti i viaggi, assicurando che rispettino gli standard di servizio e sicurezza stabilitiMonitoraggio delle spedizioni: Controllare lo status delle spedizioni vendute, identificando tempestivamente eventuali criticità e proponendo soluzioni alternative per risolvere qualsiasi problema che possa insorgereConoscenze informatiche: Buona conoscenza di Office, in particolare degli applicativi Word ed ExcelEsperienza: Necessaria esperienza di almeno 3 anni in posizioni analoghe nel settore della logistica e del trasportoCompetenze personali: Spiccate doti comunicative e organizzative, buone capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente.
