Installation Field Manager FirenzeResponsabilità: Gestire tutte le aree e attività interne di sito (cantieri & uffici).Interagire con enti esterni: CLIENTI e SUBAPPALTATORI.Rispettare i KPI di ruolo e QCD.Impartire disposizioni al personale per la conduzione di lavori di installazione in accordo con gli obiettivi aziendali.Coordina e sorveglia il processo di costruzione, rispettando progetto, standard e procedure di qualità, normative ambientali e di sicurezza, tempi e costi.Definire misure di prevenzione e protezione ambientale da adottare nel cantiere, assicurando il trasferimento delle informazioni al personale Alstom e subappaltatori.Vigilare sull'applicazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione antinfortunistiche e ambientali.Gestire la ricezione e l'utilizzo di materiali e attrezzature sotto la supervisione del Construction Manager.Coordinare e dirigere un team di capo squadra, operai e operatori di macchine ferroviarie.Essere responsabile della sicurezza della squadra e firmare permessi di lavoro.Conoscere ed interpretare autonomamente i principali elaborati progettuali.Requisiti: Diploma tecnico o Diploma di scuola media inferiore con almeno 5 anni di esperienza come assistente o caposquadra.Significativa esperienza nel settore produzione o in posizione analoga per almeno 5 anni, preferibilmente in aziende metalmeccaniche.Conoscenza delle norme ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 ed ISO 14001.Conoscenza delle normative in campo di protezione della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori e in campo ambientale.Frequenza di un corso di tecnica sulla costruzione degli impianti di trazione elettrica e/o LFM.Orientamento al risultato e attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi.Capacità di lavorare in team, capacità organizzative e di pianificazione.Saper motivare ed influenzare gli altri.Location: Sardegna
