The candidate will work within a dynamic and innovative context inspired by the principles of Lean Thinking, characterized by teamwork and streamlined decision-making processes.
We are looking for a candidate who aspires to work in a multidisciplinary team and in an environment of sharing information and visual communication.
Key Responsibilities: Components designDesigns creation in line with company procedures, regulations, and client standardsPrototype testing and solution validationDirect involvement in new product development activities from the RD phases to series production.
Attitude in working in a multidisciplinary teamInvolvement with external production processes (Supply Chain) for product feasibility and co-design phasesEditing of technical documentation and risk analysis Key Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in engineering role or related experienceMechanical Engineering DegreeExperience in 3D design modeling (NX/Solid Edge as a plus)Good knowledge of the English languageKnowledge of concurrent engineering methodologies will be considered a plusCreative approach, as well as curiosity for innovation and learningStrong communication skills and the ability to achieve great resultsExcellent problem-solving skillsFlexible approach to work in a team environment and the ability to adapt to changeSelf-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiative At FAAC Technologies, our commitment to equality and inclusion reflects our intention to cultivate a work environment that acknowledges and values the uniqueness of each individual and embraces diversity in all its forms.
