Responsibilities Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della pianificazione, coordinamento e supervisione delle attività produttive con l'obiettivo di garantire l'efficienza e la qualità dei processi; gestirà risorse umane e materiali, collaborando con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali per implementare nuove soluzioni strategiche in ottica di miglioramento continuo e di ottimizzazione della produzione.
In particolare, si occuperà di: - Pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare le attività produttive per assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità e dei tempi di consegna - Gestire e ottimizzare risorse umane e materiali per massimizzare l'efficienza produttiva - Applicare i principi della Lean Manufacturing e del Toyota Production System (TPS) per migliorare l'efficienza delle operazioni ed in ottica di riduzione costi - Interfacciarsi e collaborare con tutti i dipartimenti e le divisioni aziendali e di gruppo, comprese Operations, Acquisti, Logistica, Marketing, Sales, Executive, ecc.
- Analizzare i dati di produzione per identificare aree di miglioramento e implementare le necessarie modifiche - Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e ambientali Your Profile Saranno prese in considerazione candidature in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale o affini - Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di risorse in contesti produttivi - Competenza nell'applicazione dei principi di Lean Manufacturing e Toyota Production System (TPS) - Eccellenti capacità di leadership e gestione del personale - Forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di problem solving - Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese - Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali L'esperienza pregressa in ambito automotive sarà considerata un plus
