MDOTM is looking for an outstanding Operations Specialist passionate about financial markets with strong business orientation and communication skills. As an Operations Specialist you will be working in close contact with the company's top management across operations, strategy, business development, communication and special projects to help translate MDOTM's long-term strategy into day-to-day operations.
Your tasks will include Supporting the COO and senior management in day-to-day operations, in set up product solutions and managing clientsCreating outstanding presentations and documents to be shared with clients and prospectsBeing the point of contact between Business and R&D department, following new projects and all the related activitiesPreparing and structuring commercial documentation and marketing materialProposing developments to improve clients' experience and making the company's processes more efficientShowing self-initiative in performing research and obtaining needed dataSupporting on administrative tasks and regulatory requirementsSupporting other corporate functions on specific projectsSkills required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields1+ years work experience (including internships) Clear and effective communication, analysis and time management skillsAnalytic mindset and proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsProactive and creative problem solver who is able to take responsibility and work effectively with other members of the team to deliver great resultsProficient English level (C1 or above)Flexible smart working policiesAnnual retreat for the team in an awesome locationProfessional development under the lead of a senior memberFree coffee and snacksOffice kitchen and common spacesTo finalise your application, click on the button below and fill out the form.
