IT Centric seleziona un/una Specialista VoIP con Competenze Cisco Collaboration per inserimento interno. Responsabilità Principali: - Implementare e gestire soluzioni Unified Communication e Unified Collaboration basate su tecnologia Cisco. - Condurre attività di troubleshooting e risolvere efficacemente i problemi relativi alle infrastrutture VoIP e/o Collaboration. Requisiti Essenziali: - Laurea in ingegneria informatica o equivalente. - Quattro/cinque anni di esperienza nel settore. - Certificazione CCNA - Conoscenza dei principi base di networking - Competenze consolidate nel contesto VoIP e conoscenza delle tecnologie Cisco Collaboration. - Esperienza nell'implementazione e nel troubleshooting di: - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). - Voice Gateway - Session Border Control (SBC) - IP Phone, Video Endpoint e Soft client - Sistemi e servizi di Video Conferencing sia on prem che in cloud - Conoscenza approfondita dei protocolli SIP e MGCP. Requisiti Aggiuntivi: - Esperienza nell'implementazione di soluzioni Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) - Certificazione CCNP Collaboration. - Documentata lista di clienti per i quali sono state svolte attività di implementazione e troubleshooting. - Conoscenza di soluzioni basate su altre tecnologie come Microsoft e Oracle. - Provata capacità di lavorare all'interno di un team di progetto Se ritieni di possedere le qualifiche richieste e sei interessato a questa opportunità, inviaci il tuo curriculum vitae dettagliato.
