RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Manager - Energy Consulting to join its office in Genoa or Milan - Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.
Mission
For our Energy Engineering Solutions team, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on different assets such as O&G, Hydrogen, CCUS, and Ammonia. The ideal candidate will work on different kinds of projects related, for example, to decarbonisation, design and engineering consulting, feasibility studies, and advisory services.
Key Accountabilities
Perform day-to-day management of projects and ensure effective implementation.
Ensure effective and timely communications with clients and be their direct interface.
Coordinate a multidisciplinary technical engineering team.
Establish and maintain project monitoring and deal with project administration and financial management.
Assist in further development, implementation, and monitoring of the overall project implementation plan.
Education
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Engineering, or other in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
3-5 years of experience as Project Manager/Project Coordinator in multidisciplinary engineering disciplines is considered a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise the most relevant tasks at a given time.
Great organisational skills and familiarity with a business mindset.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
