Project Manager (m/f/d)

VTU Engineering è un'azienda di ingegneria dal respiro internazionale che opera nel settore della progettazione di impianti chimici, farmaceutici e biotecnologici. Siamo consapevoli della nostra responsabilità nei confronti dell'ambiente e dei cambiamenti climatici, diamo molta importanza alla sostenibilità e applichiamo soluzioni di ingegneria "green" per lo sviluppo industriale dei nostri clienti.

Per il nostro team di Milano, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di project managers motivati e desiderosi di mettersi alla prova

Le vostre task:

Guidare tutte le fasi per la consegna di progetti di ingegneria (fasi concettuali e di avanzamento) o di EPCM;

Sviluppare piani di progetto specificando gli obiettivi, le necessità, definendo le risorse e la programmazione oltre alla gestione del budget (interno ed esterno);

Controllo e supervisione delle attività di progetto garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, del budget e dei requisiti specifici;

Gestione attiva e tempestiva dei problemi e rischi che potrebbero rallentare le tempistiche di programma;

Essere il punto di riferimento degli stakeholders interni ed esterni;

Ci piacerebbe conoscere persone con le seguenti caratteristiche:

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in progetti di costruzione di impianti chimici o farmaceutici nel ruolo di Project Manager;

Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica/ Elettrica/Meccanica/Civile o Energetica (laurea specialistica);

Certificazioni PMI / IPMA;

Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, il tedesco sarà considerato un plus;

Ottime doti comunicative e di problem solving;

Persone motivate e orientate agli obiettivi;

Disponibilità a trasferte di lavoro in Italia e all'estero;

Entusiasti per il gioco di squadra e desiderosi di lavorare in un ambiente stimolante;

Orientati al successo e disposti ad apprendere e supportare gli altri membri del team.
