**Descrizione posizione**:
Entra a far parte del Team F&B in qualità di Manager per un importante Hotel in prossimità del ponte di Rialto a Venezia.
In qualità di F&B Manager potrai coordinare il reparto F&B dell'hotel, assicurandoti che il team offra il massimo livello di servizio per creare un'esperienza straordinaria per i nostri ospiti.
Le tue responsabilità includono:
- Padroneggiare l'organizzazione di tutte le attività legate alla gestione e al coordinamento del reparto F&B, collaborando con la direzione F&B;
- Migliorare la qualità dei servizi offerti e diversificarli in accordo con gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda;
- Garantire il rispetto della normativa HACCP;
- Gestire il team assicurandosi che tutti siano ben formati e motivati;
- Gestione delle operazioni F&B in base al budget;
- Produzione di reportistica a supporto delle attività della direzione F&B;
- Mostra la capacità di essere pratico supportando il team durante le operazioni quotidiane.
Offriamo contratto Part Time o Full Time.
Si lavora dal Lunedì alla Domenica con 2 giorni di riposo settimanali.
Si richiede flessibilità oraria
**Retribuzione e Benefit**:
Compenso: 8,42 € all'ora
