YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCoordination and control of the operational departments such as process-, equipment- and testing engineers, ERP MES architects, business process management, product quality, purchasing, supply chain mangement, logistics and production, for all phase in and out activities within new product introduciton (NPI).Participation in Change Board Meetings to identify and take over NPR relevant changesAct as contact person for the Development Project Manager as core team member in NPI projects and for the Change Project Manager during the entire change process for phase in and phase out activities.Coordination of the specification, procurement and installation of new production equipment, together with the NPR site manager, process, equipment and test engineers and facility managementCoordination of the production of B, C and pre-series samples together with NPR Planner and NPR Site ManagerCoordination and control of the set-up and changes of the IT relevant information flow and the associated master data (ERP MES system) for new products and changesControl of the material flow for inventory build-up and reduction during the introduction of new products and changes.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLSBachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar fieldFluent in english, german and/or italian is considered as a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to engage at the executive level5+ years of professional experience as a project manager or change managerSeveral years of professional experience in dealing with ERP (SAP or AP+) and MES systemsConfident handling of project management software (MS Project and Jira)Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma (certification is an advantage)Experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, etc)OUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
