The Solution Specialist team within the Microsoft Security organization is at the forefront of this effort, engaging directly with customers in the Majors Growth customer segment in Western Europe to contribute to their success.We are looking for a Technology Specialist specializing in Security solutions.
You will work collaboratively and virtually with the Security Digital Solution Area Specialist to accelerate technical execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.If you have a passion for Security solutions, engaging with technical decision makers, leading sales strategy, and delivering customer satisfaction, we invite you to learn more about the Technology Specialist role.
You will spend time on qualified customer work, planning and orchestration, preparation, delivering customer requests (technical presentations, demos, trials, Proof Of Concepts (POCs), compete positioning, workshops, etc.

Ensure complex technical wins by establishing rules of engagement and leveraging knowledge of processes and tools.Leverage Partner Ecosystem: Scale wins within the Microsoft ecosystem and support partner technical capacity by monitoring and analyzing resources through interactions and identifying new partnership opportunities.Build Strategy: Develop competitive selling strategies and deliver feedback to the business group on trends.Solution Design and Proof: Demonstrate solutions based on multiple products and position them against competitors.Develop and Maintain Technical Expertise: Stay updated on developments in Security, build a readiness plan, and mentor internal teams.QualificationsRequired QualificationsSignificant years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience.Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND significant years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.Experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proofs of concept for Security.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management.Experience in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Cloud Security.Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, etc.
are preferred.Knowledge in advising client technical decisions and demonstrating Microsoft solution capabilities.Readiness for deployment in architecture design and problem-solving.Language Skills: Italian (in addition to English).Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
