What This Job is About:RedPeg Marketing is looking for a dynamic Account Manager with events management experience to join our team of creative marketers and manage the day-to-day execution of client portfolios, consisting of large-scale experiential marketing campaigns (e.g., mobile tours, product launches, sampling, digital/social amplification, and interactive technology). This individual is responsible for working closely with Client Service leadership and internal RedPeg Marketing teams to coordinate the development and execution of all campaign elements.
Project ManagementManages campaign timeline, budget allocation and client expectations with direction from Client Service leadership.Works in partnership with operations teams to draft and manage the logistical coordination of all campaign elements including merchandise, supplies, vehicles, schedules, venues, and hiring and training of field personnel.Manages day-to-day communication with the client.Identifies potential threats and proactively outlines necessary solutions.Creates, manages and keeps parties accountable and informed regarding timelines and deliverables.Overall accountability for program's to-dos and success.Financial ManagementDevelops project budgets in conjunction with the various other departments of RedPeg.Manages the profitability of specified budget parameters and actively participates in monthly budget-to-actual meetings.Identifies strategies to maximize cost efficiency for every aspect of the campaign.Personnel ManagementHelps manage onboarding and training of field staff.Provides consistent coordination, leadership, and communication to the field staff and internal personnel to ensure maximum performance.Reviews expense reports, schedules, and the individual performance of field staff.What You're All About:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related field.3+ years of relevant marketing, agency, event, promotions, communications or sponsorship experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle communication with clients in senior-level positions.General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time.Ability to travel to be on-site at client activations as needed.Hunger to learn and roll up your sleeves.Willingness to contribute ideas, suggestions and opportunities for the agency's continued innovation and evolution.
