The main target will be to develop KPIs, ensure product quality and implement quality policies.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIESAnalyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsDevelop KPIs for monitoring product and process qualityOrganize, manage, coordinate and supervise the work of cross-functional teams aimed at improving the quality of product-processesManage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actionsEnsure product quality in accordance with reference regulations and company standardsTrain and develop personnel on quality practicesDevelop, implement and monitor quality policies and proceduresPerform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standardsActively participate in the qualification and validation of products ensuring that all validation standards are met.Lead the risk analysis and create a validation plan summarizing the results.Manage and coordinate the quality control team within the plant (potential)Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components (potential)PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEGood scientific background, with a Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Biomedical EngineeringHaving a deep knowledge of the office package, especially advanced ExcelProject Management skill for high demanding projects related to the Quality worldKnowledge of the regulations in forceWHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?In EssilorLuxottica you have the feeling of being part of a "success story".
