Are you passionate about procurement/sourcing?Would you like to shape our strategy for Sourcing and Analytics?Join our Procurement and Sourcing teamOur Sourcing team is the main point of contact for suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies.
We ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.
We solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term / long-term business goals.
Ensure business strategies are followed for fulfillment and quality in order to deliver on time customer's orders, with the proper quality.Partner with the bestAs Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be collaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Providers, interacting with the Platform Procurement Organization to provide regular feedback about supplier performances to refine the supplier strategy.
You will also cooperate with Suppliers, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality, and Engineering to define preventing actions, recovery plans, and keeping all main metrics into the system updated.As Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:Giving visibility to Internal customers on Supplier plans, preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales Plans.Supporting the execution of risk mitigation plans related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing / Project Management urgencies, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory management.Partnering with Quality to support supplier surveillance and on-time issues resolution, cooperating with the Logistics team to generate transportation best plans to minimize cost and improve efficiency.Supporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations results and Account Payable resolution.Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Show good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Commercial.Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areas.Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solve problems.Show an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.Be fluent in English Italian and hold an EU passport.Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or alternative MBA.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
