Dan is de functie van Projectmanager Uitvoeringsprojecten wellicht iets voor jou Binnen de afdeling Duurzame Energie wordt gewerkt aan het realiseren en exploiteren van projecten gericht op duurzame energieoplossingen, waarbij innovatie een belangrijke rol speelt. Als Projectmanager Uitvoeringsprojecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opzetten, beheren en uitvoeren van (complexe) projecten, waarbij je oog hebt voor het grotere geheel. Je werkt binnen het team Realisatie, dat deel uitmaakt van de afdeling Warmte, bestaande uit 9 collega's met uiteenlopende expertises en achtergronden. Het team werkt samen met diverse afdelingen en locaties binnen de organisatie.
Doel van de functie: Zelfstandig uitvoeren van projecten, bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het netwerk en de markt, en betrokken zijn bij de ontwikkeling van diensten en modellen.
Positie binnen de organisatie: Je geeft leiding aan het team van projectleiders en valt onder de adjunct-directeur. Je neemt deel aan het operationele overleg.
TakenZelfstandig uitvoeren van gestandaardiseerde en niet-gestandaardiseerde projecten.Overleggen met klanten over voortgang, implementatie en beheer van projecten.Opstellen van rapporten met analyses en aanbevelingen voor verbeteringen.Inzicht hebben in de behoeften van de klant en opstellen van actieplannen.Zorgdragen voor rapportages en presentaties aan klanten.Geven van trainingen en begeleiding aan opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders.Terugkoppelen aan de accountmanager of adjunct-directeur.Tijdig signaleren van knelpunten in klantrelaties en zorgen voor financiële en organisatorische afwegingen.Ondersteunen van accountmanagers in commerciële projecten.Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en deze doorgeven aan de accountmanagers.Initiatieven nemen voor product- en modelontwikkeling binnen het eigen vakgebied.Uitbreiden van expertise en kennisoverdracht binnen het projectteam.VerantwoordelijkhedenVerantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van projecten, budgetbeheer en het bewaken van de resultaten.Medeverantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van de jaaromzet.Verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van de urenregistratie en het verbeteren van processen.Werken volgens de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en procedures van de organisatie.BevoegdhedenBeslissingen nemen over werkprocedures en projectuitvoering.Adviseren van klanten en het projectteam.Operationeel aansturen van het projectteam en installateurs.Controle van de status van installaties bij klanten.Beslissingen nemen over meer- en minderwerk en technische modificaties na overleg met de klant.VaardighedenLeiding geven aan middelgrote en grote projecten.Samenwerken in projectverband.Inzicht in gebouw- en energietechnieken en de financiële aspecten daarvan.Klant- en resultaatgericht werken.Stressbestendig en communicatief vaardig.Opleiding en ervaringHBO-werk- en denkniveau met een achtergrond in technische opleidingen.Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in verschillende afdelingen.Kennis van planning- en kostenbeheersingssystemen en projectmanagement.Wij biedenEen uitdagende en zelfstandige functie binnen een informele, missiegedreven organisatie gericht op duurzaamheid.Hybride werkopties en 28 dagen verlof bij fulltime dienstverband.Een goede pensioenregeling.Mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling en toegang tot de Online Academy.Ondersteuning voor je sportieve ambities, waaronder een fietsregeling en toegang tot bedrijfsfitness op veel sportlocaties.Locatie: Veenendaal, Nederland
