Il ruolo, all'interno del Team HR, ha un principale focus sulle attività di L&D, in particolar modo formazione finanziata, ma occasionalmente può prevedere un coinvolgimento attivo nell'organizzazione di campagne di comunicazione interna.
Si occupa quotidianamente di affiancare la popolazione aziendale nel far sì che ciascuno possa esprimere il massimo potenziale per contribuire ad attuare le strategie di business.
La missione principale di questo ruolo è quella di porsi come partner per il business sui temi di Learning & Development e Comunicazione Interna nel rispetto delle linee guida definite dal gruppo AXA Partners.
**Principali attività in cui la risorsa sarà coinvolta**:
- Identificare e gestire fornitori esterni, ove necessario, per progettare ed implementare percorsi formativi;
- Promuovere ed incoraggiare nuove modalità di apprendimento analizzando i trend di mercato: apprendimento a distanza, MOOC, self-learning, peer learning, LinkedIn Learning ;
- Monitorare l'erogazione della formazione obbligatoria (IDD, salute e sicurezza, security & data privacy );
- Contribuire alla gestione della formazione finanziata (partecipazione bandi, pianificazione corsi, raccolta documentazione, rendicontazione, )
- Gestione operativa dei processi di formazione del personale (organizzazione classi, corsi, identificazione fornitori,.
)
- Collaborare nell'analisi del fabbisogno formativo della popolazione AXA Partners Italia e nella redazione del relativo piano di formazione, in stretta collaborazione con il team L&D;
- Amministrazione e gestione del Learning Management System (LMS) di Gruppo (Yes Learning) e di LinkedIn Learning;
- Supporto alla gestione di progetti che coinvolgono le Risorse Umane (es.
PMS,YES, HealthyYOU, Pulse..);
- Supporto attività di Audit HR;
- Supporto processo onboarding in collaborazione con il team HR;
- Supporto all'esecuzione di altre attività HR e alle attività di Comunicazione Interna.
**Your Profile** Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Indispensabile precedente esperienza nella formazione finanziata (FBA, Fondir..etc..)
- Capacità di problem-solving

- Comunicazione efficace, sia scritta che orale
- Doti di confidenzialità
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di sviluppo del potenziale
- Padronanza del pacchetto Office, Internet
