As a System Administrator at Satispay you will be joining the Product team, which is designing, developing, and maintaining different products required by Satispay to succeed. The primary task of this position will be to contribute to the proper management of all SaaS platforms, to ensure that the SaaS tools in place follow a clear design and are properly structured.
Your responsibilities range from:
Design all automated workflow required by the Business Development team and apply that design to the SaaS platform; Work with the Marketing team to automate as many of their activities as possible using the best SaaS tools available; Manager users and roles of the SaaS platforms and tools; Analyse requirements from Customer Care to ensure that their work is performed as efficiently as possible on the SaaS platform being used; Work with the Tech team to understand possible integration of the SaaS tools on the Satispay platform; Work with key stakeholders to design and execute successful roll-out plans for the new SaaS tools. You have:
Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Analytical approach and logical thinking; Passion for IT and curiosity for tech products; Basic knowledge of Databases or any programming language will be considered as a plus. You are:
Highly organized and able to work both in team and independently; An excellent communicator and relationship builder; A very quick learner and adapts fast; Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and working under pressure in a fast-paced international environment; Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box'; Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about your work. The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
