What you will do
We are looking for an experienced figure to lead projects and able to support project planning, execution and controlling of major projects.- Obtain, review & approve detail time schedule of Tool maker / Suppliers and integrate time schedules to the projects master schedule.- Coordinate Tool launches execution, orders and parts delivered to secure project schedule.- Monitor with logistic the inventory orders, and make inventory projections.- Works with Procurement & Logistic to assure production workflow for one or multiple products.- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.- Work with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality to make sure activities are delivered according with project schedule.- Plan with the project team the product pre-series and SOP defining as well back up plan.- Work with Marketing to set Project Ramp Up and cadences.- Responsible to delivery new products, taking from original concept through final implementation, on time, cost and quality managing cross functional teams for global or regional execution projects.
What you need to succeed- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, MS Project)- Good at math and statistics- Experience in white good- Mechanical/Management/Aerospace Engineer- >3 years experience as planner- Project planning, execution and controlling of major projects, coordinator and mediator between the various stakeholders: R&D, marketing, factory, supplier, procurement, logistics, risk management analysis.- Italian & English (Good)- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication abilities- Teamworking
