We are looking for a Junior Front-end Developer (Internship) to join our engineering team.You will work together with the team responsible for building the 'client-side' of our websites and web applications.You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.If you're interested in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code and moving forward in your career, then this job is for you.
We expect you to be a tech-lover, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.
Ultimately, you should be able to create a functional and attractive digital environment for our company, ensuring great user experience.Main responsibilities:Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practicesCreate website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practicesIntegrate data from various back-end services and databasesGather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needsCreate and maintain software documentationBe responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our websitesStay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesCooperate with web designers to match visual design intentRequirementsProblem-solving Expertise in CSS and HTML, including layouts and cross-browser, CSS preprocessors (SCSS)Basic expertise in Javascript programming (React) including concepts like asynchronous, ES6, and closuresBasic expertise in WordPress and basic concepts on theme developmentBasic knowledge with boundler (Gulp / Webpack)Basic experience with PHP Framework (Laravel) is a plusUnderstanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practicesBasic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process is a plusGood problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skillsTeamwork skills with a problem-solving attitudeFluent in Italian and EnglishGerman is a plusBenefitsSmart Working policy - we believe in a result-driven work environmentReimbursementYoung, cool, innovative and international environmentWork on very innovative projects for international brandsWork with latest technologies and equipmentEducational opportunities for personal and professional growthEvents participation #J-18808-Ljbffr
