About the role The Junior Email & Content Producer (aka Junior Production Associate) is a member of the clients Global Commercial Operations (GCO)s Global Omnichannel Delivery team and takes direction from the clients GCO Content Delivery Associate.
Working directly with the clients Italian Digital Strategy and Innovation team the Junior Production Assoc iate will support the Content Delivery Associate in the delivery of GCO content and production services / projects.
This individual must have the ability to partner effectively with brand teams and understand business and customer experience goals working closely with preferred suppliers and internal crossfunctional areas to ensure succes sful a nd time ly del ivery of projects.
What youll do Works with the clients local brand and crossfunctional teams in the endtoend process of creation of email s and newsletters for Health Care Professionals HCPs including simple design and email layout internal approval and omnichannel tagging.
May participate in brand meetings and help to i dentify potential projects for the brand.Communicates effectively has project management and critical thinking skills along with cultural awareness to deliver successful global production supported by a multicultural team.Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies procedures and operational frameworks.About you Masters DegreeDigital marketing knowledgeGood interpersonal presentation and facilitation skillsOral and written fluency in Italian and Business EnglishAbility to build trusted relationships with key stakeholdersProactive attitude ability to learn drive innovation and continuous improvementAbility to set priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint and Excel)Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledgeDigital Marketing ExperienceProject management understanding and practiceHTML knowledgeRequired Experience :
