Potrai fornire il tuo contributo su tematiche di recruitment gestendo il processo di selezione end-to-end, in relazione quotidiana con il resto del team e gli hiring manager di riferimento.
Nel dettaglio ti occuperai di:
Attività di ricerca e scouting in ottica di acquisizione di nuovi talenti.
Screening CV e conduzione di interviste telefoniche.
Organizzazione e gestione dei colloqui.
Gestione ed estensione delle offerte economiche.
Partecipazione ad attività di employer branding interne ed esterne.
Pubblicazione annunci sui principali di portali di recruitment.
Chi cerchiamo?
Laurea triennale e/o magistrale.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata (testata a colloquio)
Discreta conoscenza pacchetto Office in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
