_Tom Ford Distribution Srl_ ricerca un* a tempo indeterminato da inserire all'interno del Team IT presso lo stabilimento di Gallarate (VA).
La risorsa ideale ha un'esperienza di 3 anni nel ruolo di AMS e ha solide competenze di Project Management.
E' fondamentale avere un'ottima gestione dello stress e ottime doti organizzative e relazionali.
Le mansioni includeranno:
- Identificare proattivamente problemi impattanti la qualità dei servizi erogati agli utenti;
- Svolgere analisi di Business Impact e Root Cause su tematiche di disponibilità e prestazioni dei servizi erogati;
- Gestire i Major Incident e coordinare i Fornitori coinvolti nel processo;
- Definire e monitorare i KPI di performance delle applicazioni individuando azioni di miglioramento continuo;
- Collaborare con le funzioni di Architetture, IT Solutions e Sicurezza Informatica per garantire l'efficienza ed efficacia delle soluzioni in esercizio;
- Pianificare e gestire, in collaborazione con altri enti, il processo di Release Management garantendo il rispetto delle procedure in essere;
- Contribuire all'innovazione supportando programmi e progetti per la valorizzazione dei sistemi informativi a supporto dell'organizzazione aziendale e del miglioramento continuo della customer experience;
- Redigere la documentazione a supporto dei contratti di manutenzione delle applicazioni e gestire le attività periodiche di consuntivazione economiche;
- Incontrare periodicamente i fornitori dei servizi di manutenzione per il monitoraggio dei servizi di AMS e il relativo rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali.
Requisiti richiesti:
- 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di AMS
- Competenze di Project Management
- Buona conoscenza del sistema Stealth3000
- Ottime capacità organizzative
- Conoscenza dei processi Produzione e Distribuzione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1)
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, forti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione
