Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist taking care of our Italy business The role is based in Milan and reports into the Head of People & Performance Italy with a dotted line to the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM).In this role, your main mission is the crafting and safeguarding of the KHC culture through attracting, hiring and onboarding the right candidates for the Milan commercial business. This includes the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to hiring and onboarding. Building, planning, and implementing a strong employer brand and talent pipelining strategy is part of your scope.
