- _Air & Sea - transportation by air and sea_
- _Road - transportation by road_
- _Solutions - warehousing and logistics services_
For our office in Pioltello (MI) we are looking for a **Tax Manager & Compliance**
**Your Responsibility**:
- Responsible for the production and completion of all tax returns / tax declarative statements for the DSV companies in Italy
- Responsible for the production and completion of all local GAAP / statutory reporting for the DSV companies in Italy
- First point of contact for Statutory Auditors
- Responsible for the Tax reporting towards Group Finance.
This includes the Deferred tax calculation and the finalization of the DSV tax tools
- Contact person for Group Tax with regards to tax optimization projects in Italy under supervision and lead of Group Tax.
- Responsible for contacts with all external tax and other public administrations
- Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and yearly VAT reporting and declaration
- Intrastat monthly reporting
- Support to HR department in relation to payroll and social charges accounts
- E-Invoicing daily monitoring of the SDI (Interchange system with Tax Agency) and monthly reconciliation
- Responsible for implementing in all Systems any new legal / tax requirement
- Declaration of Intent registration for habitual exporters
**Your Background**:
- +10 years experience in Finance and Tax
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent English
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel) and SAP

- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong sense of urgency
