Descrizione del RuoloL'azienda è una realtà importante del suo settore, appartenente ad un Gruppo multinazionale. La figura ricercata sarà inserita a riporto del GM ed avrà le seguenti responsabilità e mansioni:
Supervisionare i flussi contabili e gestire le attività amministrative della Società, finalizzate alla predisposizione del Bilancio Civilistico e dei documenti contabili annuali ed infrannuali, richiesti dalla normativa vigente.Gestire le attività di reporting mensile, verificando la correttezza dei dati, coordinandosi con il controllo di gestione per le attività di competenza.Gestire i rapporti con gli Advisor esterni per il calcolo fiscale ai fini civilistici.Supportare il Finance Manager nella gestione dei rapporti con le Banche, finalizzati alla normale attività ordinaria (incassi e pagamenti) ed alla razionalizzazione delle linee di debito di breve periodo, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare i conti correnti attualmente esistenti.Predisporre il reporting finanziario contenente l'analisi di cash-flow di breve periodo.Gestire le attività di predisposizione delle dichiarazioni e degli adempimenti fiscali previsti dalla normativa in essere (es. IVA, 770, Intrastat, etc.).Gestire un team contabile di piccole/medie dimensioni.Gestire le attività di natura straordinaria.RequisitiDiploma in ragioneria e/o Laurea in Economia e Commercio e/o discipline similari.7/10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Capo Contabile in contesti complessi di piccole e medie dimensioni.Persona con approccio onesto e discreto, capace di relazionarsi con tutti i livelli aziendali ed abile a fornire soluzioni per i temi di competenza in caso di specifiche problematiche.Multitasking.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Conoscenza dei principali sistemi ERP.
