RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant - Financial Modelling & Grants to join ours office in Genoa/Rome/Bari/Milanwithin the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.MissionRINA is looking for a motivated Senior Consultant specialising in Financial Modelling & Grants to join the Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Team to join its office in Genova, Milan, La Spezia, Rome, Bari, or Lecce.Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Team delivers economics & finance and strategy-related consulting services such as Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Subsidized Finance (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.), Business Planning & Financial Modelling, and Data Analytics.We deal with large companies, investment banks, and development banks.Key AccountabilitiesAs Senior Consultant specialising in Financial Modelling & Grants, you will work as part of a team, helping clients to develop Financial Models, Funding Gap analysis, and Business Plans for innovative projects, particularly focused on decarbonization (e.g., solar, wind, hydrogen, ammonia, carbon capture, etc.).You will also assist clients in applying for European funding such as Innovation Fund, IPCEI and CEF.EducationMaster's Degree in Economics or Business Administration Finance ManagementQualifications Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar, with record of strong academics achievement.3-5 years of work experience in management consulting firms or in similar roles in corporates.Previous experience in Subsidized Finance/Grants environment (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.).Previous experience in Financial Modelling is considered a plus.Experience in low-carbon project development.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g.Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Advanced knowledge in Power BI is considered a plus.Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner.Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).Ability to build and maintain and internal and external quality professional relationships.CompetenciesTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futurePIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.Our business model covers the full process of project development, from concept to completion.The aim is to guarantee a project's technical, environmental and safety - and sometimes also economic and financial - sustainability.At RINA, we endeavor to create a work environment where every single person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas.We provide equal employment opportunities and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and safe from discrimination or harassment of any kind.We are also compliant to the Italian Law n. 68/99.
