We are looking for a MECHANICS INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER involved in the following activities: Manage new product introduction in production, through the:Manufacturing feasibility analysis of technical documentation (bill of materials, drawings, etc.) Design and implementation of manufacturing & testing tools Redaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliers Training of manufacturing and testing workers Set up manufacturing processes at supplier's premises / internal production department for proto and serial productionRedaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliersTraining of manufacturing and testing workers.To improve serial production performances through:Propose new manufacturing processes and improve the existing one's: workstations, tooling, routings, assembly & testing instructions to workersSupport manufacturing and quality activities (both internal and at supplier's premises) when issues occur.Facilitate manufacturing continuous improvement Experience and skills required: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in a mechanical factory as Manufacturing Engineer.Consolidated knowledge and experience on machining technologies and superficial/heat treatments;Knowledge of English in professional level;Ability to work in team, to collaborate with people from various departments (quality, manufacturing, design, supply chain, etc) and suppliers.
