Bologna, Milano, Roma, Torino, TrevisoStiamo cercando una figura senior da inserire nel team Supply Chain & Network Operation di Deloitte Consulting nella sede di Roma, Treviso, Torino, Milano, Bologna che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid.Il business Supply Chain & Network Operation di Deloitte Consulting si occupa di supportare i nostri clienti nella individuazione di soluzioni e modelli finalizzati al miglioramento della produttività, efficienza, qualità dei servizi offerti, anche con il supporto delle nuove tecnologie.Sarai coinvolto nel supporto delle attività di assistenza al CEO e il Top Management dell'azienda nel migliorare la profittabilità e raggiungere l'eccellenza operativa del business model.La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di:· Supportare il team nella interpretazione dei bisogni del cliente e nella definizione delle metodologie e negli approcci più adatti per la loro ottimale soddisfazione· Individuare, selezionare ed eventualmente customizzare gli strumenti più utili per la raccolta ed analisi di dati e l'elaborazione di soluzioni a supporto degli obiettivi del cliente· Produrre analisi solide e corredate da dati fattuali in modo autonomo, utilizzando strumenti e risorse messe a disposizione e coordinando persone più Junior, se necessario· Comunicare in modo chiaro, strutturato, breve ed incisivo le proprie idee e proposte adattando il registro comunicativo a seconda dell'audience (e.g. C-level executives, fornitori IT, referenti del cliente e risorse del team di progetto).· Esperienza di 2-5 anni in società di consulenza o software vendor/system integrator di sistemiPLM· Esperienza nell'impementazione di sistemi PLM· Esperienza nella re-ingegnerizzazione dei processi di sviluppo nuovo prodotto (come: innovazione/marketing del prodotto, gestione dei requisiti di prodotto, distinte base di prodotto (BOM), testing e validazione, co-design con i fornitori, prototipazione, ingegneria dei costi e industrializzazione)· Settori di riferimento : aerospaziale e difesa, automotive, attrezzature industriali (nice to have)· C onoscenza della lingua ingleseDeloitte è un network leader nei servizi professionali alle imprese, presente in oltre 150 Paesi con 457 mila professionisti.
