La divisione Permanent di Adecco Montecchio Emilia (RE), specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Permanent, ricerca per azienda Automotive sul territorio della Val D'Enza: Chief Product Engineer.
La risorsa è il punto di riferimento per i clienti per tutti i progetti che gli verranno assegnati. Supportato dal Project Manager e dal Key Account Manager, fornisce la stima dei costi, le ipotesi tecniche e/o le condizioni di riferimento ed è responsabile della consegna tecnica dei progetti. Infine, supporta l'organizzazione delle vendite nello sviluppo del business durante la fase di offerta.
Skills: Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica/Elettronica/Automotive Esperienza pregressa in ruoli Field del settore Automotive. Necessario aver condotto almeno 5 anni in ruoli di Architecture System Engineering, ECU development, HMI/UX/UI Apprezzata l'esperienza in Project Management o in ambito Commerciale Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata Elevato orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi Capacità di lavorare sotto stress e in modo discontinuo. Buone capacità di networking e orientamento al cliente. Eccellenti competenze relazionali. Esperienza nella gestione del personale e dei team. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e lavoro di squadra. Si offre assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento e RAL da valutare in base all'esperienza della risorsa selezionata. Il pacchetto di benefit verrà discusso in sede di colloquio.
Responsabilità: Raccogliere tutte le esigenze tecniche del cliente. Supportare l'area commerciale e guidare l'area tecnica nel processo di acquisizione delle proposte di progetto, inclusi i progetti di follow-up e/o estensione del progetto. Prima della preparazione dell'offerta, stimare i costi totali di sviluppo del progetto. Svolgere il ruolo di guida tecnica nel processo di preparazione dell'offerta dall'acquisizione all'ordine del progetto. Confrontarsi con il Team Leader riguardo alla modalità di sviluppo, alla distribuzione dei compiti tra i team di competenza e ai costi complessivi. Garantire l'esecuzione e il completamento di successo dei progetti assegnati, soddisfacendo gli obiettivi tecnici, il budget e i tempi.
