The Specialist is responsible for managing the discipline activity during project execution or Bid phase ensuring that corporate and project procedures are correctly applied and that project deliverables are issued according to the schedule and within approved menhours budget.Duties and Responsibilities:Produce the Discipline project deliverables list, including checking requirements by the other disciplines;Act as checker and/or approver for all Discipline deliverables (specifications, datasheets, drawings, reports, etc.
);Verify the engineering documents of Subcontractor and Vendor;Establish and maintain effective interface with the other Project Disciplines Teams, Project Management, Client Representative;Acknowledge and comment contract contents and related technical discipline annexes; in case of discrepancies, mistakes or deficiencies, develop a list of clarifications/comments to be submitted to the Discipline Lead Engineer and subsequently to PEM;Prepare technical specifications including applicable standards, if not included in contract technical documentation;Provide progress reporting and forecasting input to the Project Controls Department;Ensure deliverables quality in terms of technical content, compliance with design criteria, international standards and contractual requirements;Monitor design discrepancies between detail phase and bidding phase (quantities and equipment dimensions);Develop the 3D Model specific area and support the 3D Model Coordinator (Smart Plant Specialist) according to 3D Model Procedure.RequirementsCivil Engineer with a minimum stay of 3-4 years in the role being able to preside individually the full life cycle of an EPC project.
Consolidate knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Civil Engineering and accurate competences of techniques and tools.
Fluent in English and good knowledge of French.Other InformationWork of place: Fano (PU), availability to travel in Italy and Europe.
