We are leveraging the power of physical points of sale to acquire new customers and foster brand loyalty.THE ROLEOff-White is looking for a Concession Manager for its corner at La Rinascente in Rome. You will report directly to the Retail Area Manager.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead a customer service oriented team. Coach and provide feedback as necessary to ensure all customers are given the full Customer Experience in line with brand strategies.Set performance targets and drive department productivity and profitability (e.g. conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUR and customer data capture)Plan your Store schedule in accordance with peak business hours, ensuring customer traffic and demand can be met with the right employees at the right timeDemonstrate knowledge of the luxury retail market and current fashion trendsBe aware of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions and ensure this is communicated to your teamEmbrace brand messages and cascade company communications to all members of your teamWHO YOU AREExcellent leadership and people management skillsExperience in recruiting, training, and assessing talentPrevious experience in luxury store management roles (3-4 years in a managerial role)Proven ability to increase sales and profitabilityExperience driving and maintaining customer service standardsDemonstrate sound commercial and brand awarenessAdvanced knowledge of POS, store systems and comfortable using digital tools.REWARDS BENEFITSGreat compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience)UniformStore discounts according with the company policyEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTOff-White is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
