This role understands and communicates job schedules and all on-site construction activities to all project team members and is responsible for the coordination of project activities.
Resolves complex customer issues for key customers and escalates the most complex issues to management.Key Responsibilities:As a Modernization Service Sales Area Leader, you'll be responsible for:Reviewing and approving all expenditures for small to complex projects on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions.
Ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner.Updating project schedules independently and preparing project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals, and RFIs.Acting as the primary contact with complex customers, developing a professional relationship, and understanding the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.Assisting managers to manage the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan and progress to ensure all materials delivered can be billed timely.Organizing all on-site construction activities for complex projects.RequirementsWe are looking for people who, as a minimum, must have:Advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.University Degree or equivalent.A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.BenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.Enjoy your best years with our retirement savings plan.Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave, and our holiday purchase scheme.Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
