Handbag Designer

- Must have a minimum of 5-10 years handbag design experience designing for fashion handbag brands.- Perfect knowledge of written English and spoken Italian.- Must have strong sketch abilities by hand.- Excellent knowledge of technical/design specifications and construction of handbags, as well as the ability to communicate exact shapes and technical specifications in English to factories in China.- Good technical knowledge of hardware design and bag construction.- Ability to create renderings and CADs.- Excellent capabilities with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Rhinoceros (preferred).- Must be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work within a team as well as take initiative and complete projects without technical help.- Needs to be fast, dynamic, and full of energy.- Extremely creative with a strong sensibility to newness, direction, and trends.- Good understanding and interpretation of fashion trends and the ability to translate this into an appropriate product.- Must have adaptability, a sense of urgency, and creative passion.- A strong fashion sense of color and material, with the ability to interpret trends.- Possesses a creative and innovative way of thinking.- Stay up to date with new styles in the market, competitive brands, as well as luxury.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.- Ability to handle multiple projects with the same degree of priority.- Sensitivity to strict schedules and flexibility to make changes within tight deadlines.- We are not looking for a classic, missy, basic designer.PLEASE DO NOT SEND CV WITHOUT UPDATED PORTFOLIO.PLEASE SEND CV IN ENGLISH WITH YOUR PORTFOLIO OF HANDSKETCHES OF HANDBAGS (YOUNG, TRENDY PRODUCT).PLEASE DO NOT SEND CV'S THAT DO NOT MEET ABOVE REQUESTS.
