Job Location: Truccazzano, Milano, Italy La figura, inserita all'interno del Team Service di Grundfos Pompe Italia, si occuperà di analizzare le richieste di assistenza post-vendita dei clienti dell'azienda, pervenute tramite e-mail o telefono, di valutare il livello di supporto necessario, di organizzare gli interventi assieme ai tecnici sul campo incaricati, di gestire gli ordini di servizio mediante il gestionale dell'azienda SAP CS e di formulare offerte per le riparazioni/manutenzioni.
La capacità di gestire il rapporto con il cliente ed i colleghi, assieme a spiccate doti organizzative e gestionali sono determinanti per il successo in questo ruolo.
Responsabilità principali: Comprendere le richieste del cliente, individuando la miglior soluzione per poter soddisfare la necessità Interfacciarsi con il Team di tecnici specializzati per l'organizzazione degli interventi di assistenza tecnica presso i clienti Creare e gestire ordini di servizio per i tecnici sul campo, utilizzando il sistema SAP CS Gestire la documentazione a supporto degli interventi da effettuare (documentazione inerente la salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori, documentazione amministrativa) Elaborare preventivi tecnico/economici per le riparazioni/manutenzioni/avviamenti sul campo Gestire, collaborando in modo proattivo con la logistica e il team Finanziario, lo stock di parti di ricambio necessarie agli interventi Fornire tutto il supporto necessario ai colleghi interni relativamente agli aspetti service Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza in un ruolo di assistenza tecnica-meccanica presso officine meccaniche Esperienza nell'utilizzo di gestionali SAP–based in ambito service o logistico Laurea triennale o diploma ad indirizzo tecnico (meccanica, elettrotecnica o elettronica) Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1) Conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici (preferibile SAP) e del pacchetto Office (Excel) Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi Capacità di definire priorità, flessibilità nell'affrontarle e precisione Capacità organizzative, di pianificazione delle attività e gestione dello stress E' in grado di esercitare un ruolo centrale nella risoluzione delle problematiche Possiede ottime capacità comunicative e di relazione Informazioni aggiuntive Se questa opportunità può essere di tuo interesse, invia il tuo curriculum vitae completo di lettera di accompagnamento con l'autorizzazione per il trattamento dei dati personali cliccando "Apply"
