THE ROLE

Sun Chemical, per uno dei suoi stabilimenti produttivi di Caleppio di Settala (MI), ricerca l'EHS Specialist (ASPP) che, con riporto gerarchico all'EHS Advisor (RSPP), collaborerà con quest'ultimo per assicurare la costante e tempestiva diffusione delle normative legislative e di Corporate in materia EHS e di prevenzione degli incidenti rilevanti per il proprio sito di competenza proponendo piani di intervento atti a migliorare tutti i sistemi di sicurezza e prevenzione anche attraverso un'attività di coaching e l'organizzazione di corsi di formazione e sensibilizzazione di tutto il personale. L'EHS Specialist (ASPP) avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

Supporta l'EHS Advisor (RSPP) nella promozione dell'assolvimento degli adempimenti di legge vigenti e delle regole aziendali in materia di prevenzione infortuni, tutela della salute e della sicurezza dei lavoratori, prevenzione degli incidenti rilevanti e protezione dell'ambiente interno ed esterno per lo stabilimento.

Collabora con l'EHS Advisor (RSPP) nel proporre, organizzare e svolgere corsi di formazione in materia di salute, sicurezza, prevenzione infortuni e protezione dell'ambiente con il supporto della Direzione Aziendale.

Collabora con la Direzione Aziendale e con l'EHS Advisor (RSPP) nella sensibilizzazione di tutto il personale, in collaborazione con i preposti e i dirigenti d'area, all'applicazione delle regole e procedure aziendali EHS.

Sensibilizza tutto il personale, in collaborazione con i preposti e i dirigenti, all'uso dei dispositivi di protezione individuali.

Fornisce supporto per la corretta gestione delle attrezzature antincendio e di emergenza e garantisce, mediante formazione adeguata, interventi tempestivi ed efficaci.

Collabora con l'EHS Advisor (RSPP) e il Medico Competente nella valutazione degli interventi relativi alla tutela della salute e all'igiene industriale.

Collabora con la Direzione Aziendale nella messa a punto di procedure operative nel rispetto della sicurezza e della salute dei lavoratori, della prevenzione degli incidenti rilevanti (ove applicabile) e dell'ambiente.

Collabora con l'EHS Advisor (RSPP) nella gestione dello scadenzario di tutti gli adempimenti periodici previsti in materia di tutela ambientale, igiene e sicurezza e prevenzione degli incidenti rilevanti.

Garantisce l'assolvimento degli adempimenti amministrativi relativi alla gestione dei rifiuti (MUD, registro c/s, FIR etc.) e verifica, anche mediante il supporto operativo alle funzioni aziendali interessate, la corretta applicazione della normativa ambientale in tema di gestione dei rifiuti.

Provvede alla preparazione, redazione e archiviazione di tutti i report e le registrazioni previsti dalla normativa vigente in campo di tutela della salute e sicurezza, protezione dell'ambiente, prevenzione degli incidenti rilevanti e dalle policies e procedure di Gruppo.

Provvede all'elaborazione e all'aggiornamento degli indicatori ambientali, di sicurezza e di prevenzione degli incidenti rilevanti.

YOUR PROFILE

Diploma di perito chimico o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico o scientifico.

Esperienza pregressa di qualche anno nel ruolo di ASPP in aziende di produzione.

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.

Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office.

Conoscenza delle normative vigenti in materia di tutela della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori, della protezione ambientale e prevenzione degli incidenti rilevanti.

Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo e buone capacità relazionali.

La provenienza dal settore chimico e la conoscenza del D.Lgs. 105/2015 saranno considerati requisiti preferenziali.
