Il nostro cliente è un'azienda farmaceutica che si occupa della produzione, sviluppo, registrazione e licenza di anestetici dentali e dispositivi medici per la salute orale.
Per la loro sede di Capua sono alla ricerca della seguente figura professionale:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ASSISTANTLa risorsa, riportando al responsabile di produzione, avrà la responsabilità nell'area degli iniettabili in condizioni di asepsi. Dovrà gestire le attività quotidiane del reparto, assicurando il rispetto delle normative e delle procedure aziendali. Sarà responsabile della supervisione del personale, dell'ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi e del controllo della qualità del prodotto.
Inoltre, collaborerà attivamente con altri dipartimenti per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
Vorremmo entrare in contatto con laureati in scientifiche (ingegneria chimica, laurea in chimica CTF) con almeno 5 anni di esperienza in campo farmaceutico (produzione sterile o biologico), sia in ambito produttivo sia in ambito Qualità.
Il candidato dovrà avere una conoscenza delle GMP, esperienza nella gestione di stesura SOP, MBR ed esecuzione training al personale; nella gestione del Change control: Deviazioni, CAPA, Change Request; che abbia gestito progetti di miglioramento (certificazione Lean Six Sigma è un plus gradito), audit regolatori e familiarità con i KPI.
Si richiede inoltre una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, doti relazionali a tutti i livelli (dallo shop floor al top management), capacità di lavorare in gruppo, capacità di gestione del personale e resistenza allo stress.
Si offre: Contratto di assunzione a tempo indeterminato il cui livello di inquadramento è commisurato all'effettiva esperienza pregressa del candidato scelto.Orario di lavoro: lunedì - venerdì 9 - 18; non è previsto smart working.Ticket Restaurant: 7€ / each.L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs 198 / 2006 e dei Dlgs 215 / 2003 e 216 / 2003.
