Job Description: Questo ruolo è nella divisione UPS Healthcare Italia che opera nel mercato della logistica e distribuzione farmaceutica.

Il team Operations è responsabile di tutte le aree core del business di UPS Healthcare, gestendo i processi di magazzino, l'Inventory e le attività di Customer Service & Data Management.

Quali attività svolgerai: Gestione degli inbound dai fornitori per conto delle aziende mandanti; Allineamenti di stock con le aziende mandanti; Gestione prodotti non vendibili: stoccaggio, preparazione delle merci alla distruzione, gestione dei trasferimenti degli stessi presso i siti addetti allo smaltimento dei prodotti non vendibili; Gestione delle VAS, operazione di etichettatura, allestimento espositori/display box; Comunicazione costante con il personale di magazzino, Inventory e di funzioni di staff quali IT, Quality Assurance ed Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo per la gestione di problematiche complesse; Coordinamento gruppo di lavoro.

Di cosa avrai bisogno: Siamo flessibili, ma idealmente hai un diploma di secondo grado; Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in aziende pharma o di logistica pharma strutturate; Hai esperienza dei processi di magazzino (inbound-picking-outbound); Preferibile la conoscenza della materia DGR e dei processi relativi alle materie pericolose; Hai familiarita` con il sistema qualita`; Possiedi un buon livello di Excel; Hai acquisito una buona familiarità con l'analisi di dati e gestione database; Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese orale e scritta per interfacciarti all'occorrenza con Manager e stakeholders europei.
