Ricoprendo la posizione di QC Equipment Technician entrerai a far parte del laboratorio di Quality Control, con l'obiettivo di seguire l'implementazione della strumentazione dedicata ai nuovi progetti entranti, in particolare nel campo delle produzioni di farmaci biotecnologici.
**Responsabilità primarie del ruolo**:
- Programmare e pianificare le attività connesse all'introduzione e alla dismissione delle nuove apparecchiature analitiche (stesura URS, richiesta di offerte ai fornitori, valutazione di impatto GMP, richieste di apertura change).
- Interfacciarsi con le funzioni Finance e Tecniche per l'introduzione delle apparecchiature (ricezione PO/COS, apertura CAR, apertura di un punto budget, richiesta ID Asset e COA, richiesta di ID Maximo etc).
- Assicurarsi l'approvvigionamento dei consumabili necessari alla corretta operatività degli strumenti garantendo quindi business continuity.
- Rappresentare l'interfaccia técnica a supporto dei laboratori di QC Biochemical per la valutazione delle metodiche / procedure analitiche richieste dai clienti, configurandosi come SME di reparto per le tecniche analitiche.
- Contribuire all'ottimale addestramento tecnico del personale di laboratorio sia in fase di inserimento, sia in occasione dell'introduzione di nuovi metodi, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali.
- Contribuire all'aggiornamento delle procedure riguardanti l'area di competenza, attraverso la loro redazione e revisione in funzione delle necessità, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti, leggi e norme GMP
**Competenze richieste**:
- Laurea in CTF, Chimica, Biotecnologie o ambiti affini
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di Analista Senior, Trainer o addetto alla strumentazione all'interno dei laboratori QC in stabilimenti produttivi GMP
- Esperienza nella gestione di fornitori e creazione ordini, così come nella gestione dei change e nella scrittura e aggiornamento di SOP
- Ottima conoscenza della strumentazione di laboratorio (HPLC, GC, IR, UV-VIS...) e di Empower 2
- Conoscenza delle principali tecniche analitiche biochimiche
- Conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano
