International Group Marketing Manager

For our International Surgical Marketing Department, we are looking for a Group Marketing Manager Extremities and Fixation.
This role is responsible for coordinating a team to guarantee effective product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the regional product vision, and working closely with sales marketing and internal functions to ensure goals are met.
Main Accountabilities:
Team management: manage and develop the allocated team resources.
Market Analysis: develop and maintain updated market data, research, analyze, and remain informed about competitive products, support development of price strategy and competitive pricing/market share analysis.
Product planning and execution: gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, support the regional product strategy, and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure objectives are met.
Support Strategic Planning: ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing local business market factors and trends, and execute strategic and tactical plans, including sales tools and collateral.
Support Product Development: consult with upstream marketing functions and R&D on competitive analysis and product specifications, formulate new product proposals, identify and address competitive activity, and support the development of products to meet anticipated international market needs and specifications.
Marketing activities: coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
Product support: support marketing planning, including collation of marketing plans, analysis of competitive products and selling techniques, consumer research, in-country reimbursement, sales budgets, and strategic plans.
Sales Support: collaborate with local marketing to prepare and provide product and service support materials to field personnel.
Training and education: contribute in accord with the dedicated RACI matrix.
Educational and Professional Experience:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing and Communication, or alternatively, Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Engineering, or other Technical disciplines.
MBA is preferred.
Must have industry experience in Orthopaedics or Medical Devices, including 7+ years of marketing experience or a combination of marketing and sales.
Must have previous experience in people management.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
Fluent in English.
Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).
This position is open to candidates located in Europe. The primary work location is in San Daniele del Friuli (Italy), but we offer the possibility of a Hybrid work model.
