Per nostro cliente, realtà dinamica operande nel settore del terzismo cosmetico, Jefferson Wells è alla ricerca di una figura di Sales Manager.
SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE In ottica di potenziamento del team, la nuova risorsa avrà la responsabilità di espandere la presenza dell'azienda in Europa e Medio Oriente.
Il candidato ideale avrà una profonda conoscenza del mercato Cosmetica Conto Terzi, una solida rete di contatti e un'esperienza comprovata nella gestione di relazioni con clienti internazionali.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA'  Sviluppo del business: Identificare e acquisire nuovi clienti nel mercato europeo e mediorientale.
Gestione delle relazioni con i clienti: Coltivare e mantenere relazioni solide con i clienti esistenti, fornendo un supporto commerciale di alto livello.
Pianificazione e implementazione delle strategie di vendita: Definire e implementare piani di vendita personalizzati per ogni mercato, monitorandone costantemente i risultati.
Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore: Rappresentare l'azienda in eventi nazionali e internazionali, creando nuove opportunità di business.
Analisi di mercato: Monitorare costantemente le tendenze del mercato cosmetico e identificare nuove opportunità di crescita.
Collaborazione con il team interno: Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di marketing, produzione e logistica per garantire la soddisfazione del cliente.
Sede di lavoro: Milano Nord-Ovest, è previsto Smart Working.
È richiesta la disponibilità a viaggiare all'estero con cadenza mensile.
