This is how your journey begins: Market research on the Personal Care and Home Care categories, updating the market insight report, and being responsible for updating trends in hair care, body care, sun care, and deodorants.
Support the team in product brief preparation for new product launches.
Assist in creating presentations for customer meetings.
Gather market data, market segmentation, product positioning, and competition analysis to aid in brainstorming for new product technology.
Contribute to the idea selection process.
Assist in preparing guidelines for consumer tests, both qualitative and quantitative.
Manage product samples, shipping, purchase orders, and provide administrative support.
Skills: Languages: Fluent English (French is a plus).
IT: Proficient in Office suite and Outlook; knowledge of social media listening tools is a plus.
Personal and professional skills: Good balance between synthesis and analytical skills, strong writing skills, effective communication, team spirit, curiosity, and interest in the cosmetics sector.
Background: Master's degree in Economics or Marketing.
