L'ingegnere di produzione e progetto assister il responsabile del sito nella guida del funzionamento dell'impianto di carbonati di calcio macinato, compresa la pianificazione e la manutenzione della produzione.
Si impegner a sostenere la qualit dei prodotti e a migliorare in sicurezza l'efficienza e le condizioni dell'impianto con particolare attenzione all'energia, verso costi operativi minimi.
Dovr garantire che tutte le attivit preposte siano conformi alle normative e alle politiche dell'azienda, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'ambiente, la salute e sicurezza, il lavoro.
Fornir ai subordinati le procedure operative, le istruzioni e la formazione pertinenti per le loro missioni, gestir le loro prestazioni e sosterr il loro sviluppo.
Guider i progetti, compresa l'implementazione di SAP, in collaborazione con le funzioni di supporto dell'Hub e della BA.
I subordinati del ruolo sono 2 supervisori (produzione e manutenzione) e 13 dipendenti.
Ambito EHS: Garantire l'implementazione in loco da parte dei dipendenti e degli appaltatori di tutte normative applicabili in materia di ambiente, salute e sicurezza e dei protocolli e delle politiche aziendali.
Sviluppare/aggiornare valutazioni dei rischi e metodi di lavoro sicuri.
Mantenere e migliorare le condizioni di lavoro sicure (eliminare o controllare i rischi).
Investigare le cause profonde (RCA) e porre rimedio a tutti i quasi incidenti/incidenti/incidenti.
Gestione delle persone: Comunicare ai subordinati obiettivi, priorit , procedure di lavoro istruzioni chiari.
Condurre riunioni quotidiane di produzione in officina.
Gestire le prestazioni dei dipendenti.
Migliorare le capacit e le competenze dei dipendenti.
Requisiti di istruzione ed esperienza: Ingegnere, con un genuino interesse per le macchine e il lavoro di squadra.
Laurea in Ingegneria preferibilmente industriale, meccanica o di processo.
Esperienza auspicabile di 2/3 anni nel settore manifatturiero/industriale/minerario.
Si richiede la conoscenza della lingua Inglese livello B2,C1.
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato.
