**DEPARTMENT**:
L'ente Product Manager di Lovato Electric ha il ruolo primario di gestire il ciclo di vita dei prodotti. Deve garantire l'attuazione e la realizzazione dei nuovi progetti secondo principi, modalità e specifiche prefissate e concordate con la Direzione; ha la responsabilità di coordinare le attività dei team interfunzionali di Innovation per tutti gli aspetti concernenti il prodotto ed i relativi processi. Assicura l'efficace realizzazione dei progetti nel rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità stabiliti. Collabora nelle attività di lancio e promozione e costituisce l'interfaccia técnica primaria per il Technical Support e gli enti commerciali.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Il ruolo prevede lo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:
- elaborazione e controllo del piano di sviluppo prodotti in accordo con la Direzione;
- analisi dei trend di mercato;
- definizione delle specifiche dei nuovi prodotti;
- gestione e controllo delle fasi di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti;
- guida dei gruppi di progetto interfunzionali aziendali;
- supporto alle attività di marketing nella creazione di documentazione relativa al prodotto;
- collaborazione con gli enti commerciali nelle attività di lancio e promozione del prodotto;
- erogazione di corsi tecnici di formazione relativi al prodotto agli enti interni e presso clienti;
- Collaborazione e formazione dei tecnici delle filiali estere.
**QUALIFICATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE**:
- laurea in ingegneria elettronica, elettrica, energetica, automazione, meccatronica;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello B2;
- disponibilità a trasferte a livello nazionale e internazionale;
- propensione al lavoro in team;
- ottime competenze relazionali, orientamento al cliente e capacità di instaurare proficui rapporti lavorativi a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione;
- residenza: Bergamo e provincia;
- costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Project Management e l'aver già ricoperto ruolo analogo per almeno 2 anni.
