PosizioneLa risorsa inserita nel team Central Supply Chain di Napoli dovrà garantire il buon andamento delle consegne effettuate dai fornitori all interno della Supply Chain.
Supportare l allineamento ai fabbisogni aziendali tramite l interfaccia con i fornitori, monitorando lo stato di avanzamento della produzione e resa dei materiali con un processo proattivo della gestione del rischio.
Gestire in modo efficiente ed efficace le informazioni e le relazioni con i fornitori.
Conoscere gli strumenti funzionali utili alla verifica dei trend di performance.
Il profilo ricercato si occuperà nel dettaglio dello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:
Gestire il portafoglio ordini fornitori, attraverso driver di allineamento dei fabbisogni ed obiettivi di performance definiti; Instaurare e mantenere le relazioni con i fornitori attraverso riunioni e telefonate; Svolgere attività di recupero e gestione delle informazioni quantitative e qualitative rilevanti, sia interne che esterne, con tracciamento nel sistema ERP; Monitorare l On Time Delivery attraverso l approccio causa/effetto ed azioni correttive; Determinare e valutare in modo proattivo il potenziale di rischio legato al Not On Time Delivery in modo da considerare un eventuale escalation; Efficientare la gestione degli account spedizionieri, considerando aspetti come l ottimizzazione dei costi e relativa resa, nonché la tracciabilità delle consegne; Allineare e verificare i processi inter-funzionali con indirizzo e risoluzione di problematiche interne; Gestire e controllare la documentazione in ambito export compliance.
RequisitiIl/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale o titoli affini;2-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa pregressa nel ruolo; Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese (un plus è la conoscenza della lingua francese).
Sede di lavoro: Pozzuoli.
Orario di lavoro: Full Time.
Cosa si offre:Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all'esperienza del candidato prescelto(Range massimo di ral 28-30k+Tickets 7euro, Sistema premiante,Welfare e Assicurazione Sanitaria, due giorni di smart a settimana).
