Manager - Software Engineer Descrizione dell'impiego Il Salesforce Administrator expert ha la responsabilità di gestire l'esercizio dei sistemi CRM B2C di SKY, coordinando le attività di rilascio, maintenance e di analisi e risoluzione dei fault che possono verificarsi sulla piattaforma SFDC.
Inoltre, coordinerà le attività dei System Integrator, pianificando e analizzando gli impatti delle maintenance programmate e le attività di analisi dei fault.
La risorsa dovrà contribuire alla definizione e garantire il rispetto delle procedure di gestione delle change in ambiente di produzione e alla definizione di iniziative per migliorare i processi di gestione degli ambienti e guida l'adozione delle best practice relative a tali processi e all'amministrazione della piattaforma SFDC.
In aggiunta, dovrà contribuire alla definizione delle soluzioni per il monitoraggio degli ambienti di produzione e al mantenimento delle dashboard di monitoraggio e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi relativi agli SLA di disponibilità e performance degli ambienti di produzione.
Attività: Gestisce e coordina le attività di risoluzione dei fault e le attività di maintenance sulla piattaforma SFDC.
Individua le principali cause di fault sugli ambienti e, attraverso il monitoraggio della piattaforma, individua e previene le possibili cause di futuro degrato o fault.
Ha il controllo di ciò che viene rilasciato o eseguito sugli ambienti di produzione.
Crea rapporti di collaborazione con i riferimenti delle altre aree IT e dei System Integrator per raggiungere gli obiettivi a lui assegnati.
Applica i concetti del continuous improvement in modo da migliorare l'availability e le performance dell'ambiente di produzione.
Contribuisce alla definizione e gestisce l'esercizio delle catene di DevOps per quanto riguarda le procedure di rilascio in produzione.
Competenze tecniche: Ha recente esperienza di gestione della piattaforma SFDC e, preferibilmente, nelle attività di DevOps all'interno di un team di sviluppo.
Preferibilmente ha lavorato in contesti con team dislocati in diverse location.
E' un valore aggiunto aver lavorato in contesti di offshoring dello sviluppo del software.
Ha esperienza nell'analisi di fault massivi/incident di produzione e nell'esecuzione/monitoraggio di procedure di bonifica necessarie a ripristinare il corretto funzionamento dell'applicazione.
Comprende gli impatti sul business dei fault/incident ed è in grado di indirizzare le attività di analisi in modo da minimizzare tali impatti.
Ha conoscenze sulle diverse metodologie e best practice di gestione del processo di incident/problem management (es.
ITIL).
Ha buone conoscenze delle best practice di gestione del ciclo di vita del software.
Ha forti conoscenze sulla piattaforma SFDC e sui tool di monitoraggio degli ambienti di produzione.
Conosce i tool di devops/continuous integration.
A queste, affianca conoscenze anche nell'ambito dell'analisi e manipolazione dei dati per individuare cluster di utenti/clienti impattati dai fault.
Ha lavorato su applicazioni basate sulla piattaforma SFDC in contesti TELCO/Media che, preferibilmente, prevedono l'integrazione con la suite di prodotti TIBCO (Fulfillment Order Management in particolare).
Livello inglese proficient.
