Job Description:Principali attività:Effettuare attività di analisi del mercato e dei competitor e attività di business intelligence finalizzate a definire il posizionamento competitivo del Gruppo, delle linee di business e dei prodottiCondurre un monitoraggio costante dei competitor e della loro evoluzione in termini di performance, portafoglio, posizionamento e linee di sviluppoDefinire i macro-scenari di riferimento sul piano geopolitico-economicoDefinire «scenari paese» relativi ai contesti competitivi locali in collaborazione con le altre strutture competentiAnalizzare l'evoluzione dei mercati di riferimento e condurre le opportune ricerche e/o scenari a supporto di specifiche iniziative di businessEffettuare un'analisi interna (gap analysis) considerando:• la definizione dei prodotti e servizi Core-NO Core• la definizione dello stato dei prodotti• la gestione del catalogo di prodotti e serviziAnalizzare e valutare il posizionamento competitivo dei prodotti attraverso la predisposizione di analisi e strumenti specifici sulle informazioni trasmesse dalle DivisioniEffettuare un benchmark competitivo del GruppoGestire il database del Gruppo con l'intento di condividere i principali dati di mercato attraverso una gestione efficiente delle fonti di informazioni interneRequisiti:Laurea STEMBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseBuone capacità comunicative e relazionaliSeniority:New Graduate
