Fintoc está cambiando la forma en que las personas pagan por internet. En el futuro se usarán menos tarjetas de crédito y los pagos cuenta a cuenta se establecerán como la forma de pagar predominante en LATAM.
Este movimiento ya es una realidad en regiones como Europa, Brasil y Norteamérica, por lo que vemos un potencial inmenso además de encontramos en el timing ideal para impulsar esta oportunidad.

Este es un rol con un potencial de impacto muy alto en el mundo de pagos y en la forma que le damos al producto, ya que nos ayudará a ejecutar la visión del equipo de Payments de Fintoc.
Como engineering manager tendrás que trabajar mano a mano con las y los devs para iterar ideas, proponer soluciones técnicas y liderar al equipo para crear un producto exitoso. También se espera que trabajes en conjunto con muchas otras áreas como producto, operaciones y ventas para crear y empujar una nueva forma de pagar en Latinoamérica.
Como Engineering Manager Programarás entre un 20% a un 50% de tu tiempo dependiendo del equipo en el que estés. Responsable de la coherencia técnica dentro del equipo y las demás áreas de Fintoc. Responsable del diseño y ejecución del roadmap y la entrega de proyectos de alta calidad. Impulsar, orientar y desarrollar las habilidades de las personas para generar un equipo de alto rendimiento. Apoyar al equipo de People a atraer personas de alto talento técnico. Hacerte responsable de darle forma a la cultura de los equipos en los que trabajas. Aportar a la cultura de ingeniería y mantener o mejorar los procesos que darán forma al modo en que trabajamos. Gestionar, apoyar y guiar el desarrollo de las personas del equipo, ayudándolos a avanzar en sus carreras profesionales. Recopilar y analizar datos para entender el enfoque y desempeño de los proyectos y equipos. Comunicarte constantemente con las otras áreas de Fintoc para entender las necesidades de los clientes, entender sus desafíos y cómo Fintoc puede aportar en su día a día. Guiar al equipo para lograr los resultados esperados. Qué esperamos Más de 4 años de experiencia como Software Engineer. Más de 1 año de experiencia en gestión de personas y equipos en empresas tech Experiencia reclutando y formando un equipo de alta calidad. Poder analizar la ejecución de los proyectos realizados y proponer mejoras a los procesos y a los equipos. Vas a ser manager de un equipo de Software Engineers. Trabajaras mano a mano con el Head of Engineering para escalar el equipo de Ingeniería de Fintoc. Saber comunicarte efectivamente con otras áreas de Fintoc, y poder tomar o coordinar decisiones difíciles y trade-offs. Poder trabajar de forma autónoma en un ambiente ambiguo. Que tengas el suficiente conocimiento técnico para poder guiar a tu equipo a tomar las mejores decisiones. Proceso de entrevista Entrevista con Flo, del equipo People. Entrevistas técnicas. Queremos ver cómo sería trabajar contigo en el contexto de Fintoc. T1 - Solucionar un problema de código en vivo con un dev del equipo T2 - Diseño de Software y Estrategia T3 - Estilo de Management Entrevista con un founder de Fintoc. Por último lo más entretenido, un café con el equipo para conocernos mejor. *Trabajamos en formato presencial flexible.
