Software (Backend or Frontend) Developer - Fincantieri NexTech Italy - Genova – Roma - Trieste JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our international team and play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality software products in an agile environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile development methodologies, experience working in a cross-functional team, and a passion for building innovative and user-friendly software.ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES•Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements, design, and implement software features.•Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code using industry-standard best practices.•Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality code.•Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical challenges.•Work in an agile environment to deliver software on time and within budget.•Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and technologies.REQUIREMENTS•Portfolio of work that demonstrates software programming skills and abilities or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.•3+ years of experience in software development.•Experience working in an agile environment.•Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.•Experience with various programming languages and technologies (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, QT, C#)•Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.•Experience with version control systems (, Git).•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Professional English [] [](Please note: this link will open the page in a new browser window.)[] [](Please note: this link will open the page in a new browser window.)
